And three centerfire revolvers, class two:
Ruger 7.5" Redhawk .41 Magnum
215 gr Missouri coated SWC, 8.5 gr Unique, WLP, Starline.
84 points zero X (I miscounted when I wrote it down, wrote 94
)
This gun has the front bead/"V" rear sight. I liked it when shooting the larger silhouette shapes, but with this bullseye it was harder to shoot it well compared to the Square-post Patridge sight picture of the 629.
S&W M629 6.5" PowerPort
.44 Spl., 200 gr Eggleston coated RNFP, 7.3 gr Unique, Fed 150, Starline
89 Points, zero X (Miscounted again, wrote 91
)
And finally,
S&W Model 64 4"
Berry's 148 gr plated HBWC, 3.0 Bullseye, CCI small pistol, mixed nickel brass
91, three X
One pair of clinker shots shot took away a good score...
. After shooting the big bores first I have no idea why I flinched on these...(mid-string, too!) Oh well, if I didn't toss some flyers I could be like the guys on TV! Well, maybe not those guys but I'd sure score a lot better.
Stay safe.
