Yeah, I think I remember someone on the show saying it took 37 days to film it.
Yep, I love sitting in the Lazy-Boy saying "I could make that shot...". Wife just rolled her eyes. I stopped saying it when they brought out the stage coach and the Winchester.
Last I knew Barret REFUSED to sell to California LEO's....."IIRC, the Barrett M82 .50 rifle is illegal in CA." - As with most bans I'm sure it only applies to the 'unwashed masses'. With proper law enforcement supervision I'm sure they can get whatever they want to shoot. (shoot, not own!)
Nope, it's filmed on a couple of movie ranches outside of Santa Clarita, California. The used a different ranch for Season One than they have for Seasons Two and Three. Hard to pin down exactly where, but the aerial view of this house looks miiiiiighty familiar, and the location services outfit that owns the ranch lists Pilgrim Films (the production company that films Top Shot for History Channel) as one of their clients.I was also under the impression it was actually filmed in AZ.
looks to be better this season than last. where do they find all these "homeland security agents"??? to the best of my knowledge, there is no bureau of homeland security agent program. unless these guys are attached to agencies within DHS and choose not to broadcast the particulars. maybe they're air marshalls.
Once again the good looking lady doesn't last long. Dang!
The one that got eliminated was just a little too thin for my tastes.
That I would like to see.If only we could get Stephanie Hayden from "Sons of Guns" on there.....
